PAD CLASS SERIES
A 6 Week Series - Starting September 14th

Level up your boxing technique with the Pad Class series! The objective of Pad Class is to improve boxing proficiency and technique such as footwork, accuracy, offense and defense, timing, speed, power, and more.
The class is open for all levels and will provide progressive instruction for beginners through to advanced boxers. This is a progressive 6 week program meaning each week builds on the previous. Instruction by certified provincial boxing coach, and one of our founding trainers, Jared 'Last Kiss' Velasquez.
The series occurs Saturdays 9:30am. Sign up anytime - even up to the last day of the series. Remember: you’re only deducted class credits for the classes you attend in the series. Please note the cancellation window: 24 hours for specialty classes such as pad class, boot camp etc.
