A 12-WEEK BOXING WORKSHOP FOR YOUNG FIGHTERS
UNDRCARD Fitness Club offers a multi-week program designed for kids between the ages of 6-9 and 10-14. For 45-minutes every Saturday afternoon, your child will develop an understanding of the fundamentals of boxing, while also improving coordination, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
This workshop is meant to get your kid fighter fit without getting hit: these classes are strictly non-contact and led by our Head Trainer, David 'Wild' Rose, who has an extensive background in youth coaching. No prior boxing experience or fitness background is necessary: all levels are welcome!
This workshop will run from September 18 to December 4 for a total of 10 classes. Please note that there are no classes on Saturday, October 9 and Saturday, November 14 for the long weekend).
