UNDRCARD Fitness Club offers a multi-week program designed for kids and teens between the ages of 7-15. For 45-minutes every Saturday afternoon, your child or teen will develop an understanding of the fundamentals of boxing, while also improving coordination, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

This workshop is meant to get your kid fighter fit without getting hit: these classes are strictly non-contact and led by our Head Trainer, David 'Wild' Rose, who has an extensive background in youth coaching. No prior boxing experience or fitness background is necessary: all levels are welcome!

Level 1 will be available for any children or teens who have never attended Young Guns and wish to learn the basic fundamentals of boxing. Level 2 will be available for any children or teens who have attended a previously-held Young Guns workshop series and wish to build upon the skills developed during these classes.


This workshop will run from February 12 to April 16 for a total of 10 classes.

Level 1 - Saturdays, 1:00 - 1:45pm

Level 2 - Saturdays, 2:00 - 2:45pm
