Studio Manager Career at UNDRCARD

Together we are a crew and a movement, and you, the Studio Manager, will ensure that our brand’s heart beats strong and that everything is in exceptional working order on a daily basis . You will contribute to company growth by expertly and efficiently managing the studio and leading the Front Of House (FOH) staff.

You represent the UNDRCARD brand with enthusiasm, vitality and passion and have the competencies to operate a studio, motivate a team and to lead a movement.
This role is available in Toronto and is a 25 hour/week commitment.
In addition to baseline Front of House duties, the Studio Manager is responsible for the following:
Manage phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Our promise is a 12 hour response time (even during weekends and holidays).
Manage non-automated bookings including, but not limited to, corporate bookings, private bookings, private events, buy-outs, and private training.
Work two to three FOH shifts per week. At least one peak weekend shift and one peak evening shift.
Manage studio inventory and supplies, and supplies budget.
Manage studio upkeep and repairs, including equipment repairs.
Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the studio.
Monitor the people experience and report on areas of success and areas for improvement.
Process bi-weekly payroll and meet payroll efficiency goals.
Identify and resolve client debt management for the business.
Effectively and promptly rollout sales and marketing initiatives to our people (guests and staff).
Plan and execute private events and collaborative pop-ups.
Manage instructor sub requests.
Compile and circulate weekly Studio Snapshot Report to senior management.
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new FOH.
Review, audit and motivate existing FOH.
Hold quarterly FOH reviews.
Hold bi-annual FOH team builders.
Establish and implement policies and processes for FOH.
Act as first line of communication between senior management and FOH.
Manage and publish FOH schedule 1 month in advance.
Be available to work weekends, evenings or holidays and to fill shift gaps.
